Orders are shipped using Royal Mail or Evri.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with that courier.

7. Returns & Refunds (Food Products)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving returned goods
