Returns, Refund & Shipping Policy – Bare Truth Ltd

We want you to love every crunch of your Bare Truth snacks. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Law)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To start a return, please email us at:

Include your:
- Order number
- Name
- Reason for return
2. Condition of Returned Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons:
- We can only accept returns on unopened products
- Packaging must be in its original condition
We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed food products.
This is a mandatory food safety rule.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items
- We recommend using a tracked service to avoid lost parcels
Bare Truth Ltd is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned items:
- Refunds are typically issued within 30 days
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect
5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described:
- Email contact@baretruthfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We will offer an appropriate refund as long as it can be shown (photographic evidence required) that the products you were charged for were not supplied as it should have been.
Based on our sole discretion, we will either:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund (including shipping)
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened food products
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or obvious neglect
Storage advice:
Store snacks in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Once opened, consume immediately.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To swap a product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you want to cancel an order before it ships, email us immediately:

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return instructions above.
9. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Delivery was delayed by courier services
- You provided an incorrect shipping address
- Damage occurred after the package was delivered
- In case of Force Majeure events (A Force Majeure event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control)

We aim to get Bare Truth snacks delivered fast, fresh, and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery, and what to expect once you place an order with us.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped via:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
We may occasionally use an alternative courier at our discretion.
The third parties we work with, including payment processors, delivery partners & analytics tools, may change without prior notice as our business needs evolve.
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Bank holidays
- Seasonal peaks
- Launch promotions
We aim to send a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Royal Mail: 2–5 business days
- Evri: 2–5 business days
These are estimates provided by our delivery partners and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery fees may vary based on:
- Order weight
- Delivery location
- Courier availability
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please check your shipping details carefully.
Bare Truth Ltd is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect addresses
- Parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information
If a parcel is returned because of an address error, you may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
7. Delays and Courier Issues
Once a package has been handed to Royal Mail or Evri, delivery is outside our control.
We are not liable for:
- Delays
- Lost or stolen parcels
- Missed deliveries
If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
We will help where we can.
8. Damaged Deliveries
Refer to Returns & Refunds Policy above for all details.
9. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers may be provided depending on the shipping method selected.
If tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch email.
10. Deliveries Marked as “Delivered”
If the courier marks your parcel as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbours or building reception
- Verify you entered the correct address
- Contact the courier
Bare Truth Ltd cannot issue a refund for orders marked as delivered by the courier.
11. Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to:
- PO boxes
- Freight forwarding boxes
- Temporary addresses (unless pre-approved)
